Keith O'Neal
Keith O’Neal has worked with BES for twenty three years and has established an impeccable reputation for his mechanical design and his work ethic. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina. He has managed project teams on numerous new buildings and infrastructure renovation projects.
Mr. O’Neal holds U.S. and foreign patents for innovative mechanical design. He is a Certified Commissioning Agent from the University of Wisconsin.
Since 2003, Mr. O'Neal has been the Project Manager and Contract Manager for the Tri-Command Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDC) for A/E Services. The Tri-Command area includes MCAS Beaufort, MCRD Parris Island and the Naval Hospital.
Mr. O’Neal is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME); the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME); and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE).
